【Abstract】 An improvement of sodium citrate production from citric acid mother liquor and sodium hydroxide at ethanol existing is proposed, and the effects of the crystallinic temperature, amount of additive ethanol and pH value etc. On yield of products discussed and suitable process conditions difined.
