DNC智能控制台的设计与实现
Design of DNC Intelligent Control Unit and Its Realization
【摘要】 如何方便、可靠地构成通讯网络是实施计算机直接数字控制(DNC)的技术关键.在分析多种数控系统输入输出接口特征的基础上,研制了一种DNC智能控制台.它既满足当今多种数控系统的通讯需要,又可以解决早期数控系统难以实现计算机直接数控的通讯问题,另外,由于采用本地软件触发的控制方法解决了NC程序的自动应答传输问题,为计算机和各种各样的NC/CNC单元之间提供一种机器接口.介绍了该控制台的功能、电路原理和软件设计思想.最后从实用性和通用性的角度提出了的几点建议.
【Abstract】 It is the key to the implementation of computer distributed numerical control(DNC) technique to form easily and reliably a communication network. A DNC intelligent control unit is developed on the basis of the analysis of the features of input and output interfaces of many NC systems. It can not only meet the requirements of communication of present many NC systems, but also solve a problem that early NC systems can not be directly controlled by computers. In addition, it can also finished the automatic answer back transmission of NC programs by the control method of local software trigger. This function provides a machine interface betweer main computer and NC/DNC units. In this paper, the functions and curcuit principle of the control unit and the design philosophy of its software are discussed. And some proposals are raised from its practicality and versatility.
