铸铁水平连铸中铸坯与石墨套界面换热的数学模型
Modeling of Interface Heat Exchange between Casting Bar andGraphite Sleeve of Horizontal Continuous Casting
【摘要】 提出了用自由热收缩的方法建立铸铁水平连铸中铸坯与石墨套界面换热的数学模型.采用所建立的模型,对包括铸坯与石墨套在内的整个传热系统进行数值计算,可以模拟出不同生产工艺条件(如不同铸坯半径、不同牵引速度等)下铸坯的凝固过程.
【Abstract】 The free thermal contraction method is applied to model the heat exchange at the interface between the casting bar and graphite sleeve of horizontal continuous casting. Based on the data for a real heat exchange system, numerical results are obtained to study the effects of different bar radii, drawing speeds, etc. The model may be used for the parametric studies of continuous casting process for cast iron.
