【摘要】 研究了富硒龙康饮对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０和艾氏实体瘤生长的影响及其对荷腹水型肝癌（ＨｅｐＡ）小鼠生存期的影响。结果表明：对肉瘤Ｓ１８０和艾氏实体瘤有明显的抑制作用，抑制率分别为６２．７９％、５６．３９％，与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对荷腹水型肝癌小鼠生存期有延长作用，延长率１３．８３％～３６．０８％。经亚急性毒性实验本品无毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we have studied the effects of Selenium enriched Longkang beverage on the gronth of sarcoma S180 and noumenal tumor EAC of mice and the subsist period of hydrogaster HepA mice.the results showed Longkang beverage had obvious inhibitive action on S180 and EAC,which the inhibition ratio reached 62.79% and 56.39%,respectively,There were dominant differences compared with normal saline control(P<0.01).Longkang beverage could prolong the survival period of HepA mice,which the prolonged ratio was from 13.83% to 36.08%.The product had no toxicity testified by subaclite toxicity experiment.更多还原
