【摘要】 对６９例腰椎间盘突出症患者血清中锌、铜含量进行了测定。以小于３０岁为青年组，３１～５０岁为中年组，５１岁以上为老年组。结果显示：随着年龄的增长，血清锌、铜含量逐渐增加，各年龄组锌、铜含量均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示血清锌、铜的变化可能与腰椎间盘突出症的发生存在某种关联。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of Cu Zn in erum were determined in 69 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.All cases were divided into three groups (Youth,middle age and old age groups).The results showed that the copper,zinc contents in serum were raised in pace with growth of age.The serum copper,Zinc leves are significant difference in the three groups (P<0.05).It suggest that the changes of copper,Zinc contents in serum,and the prolapse of intervertebral disc are relationship.更多还原
