【摘要】 目的:探讨接尘工龄与肺功能指标的相关性,寻找几项相关性较好的肺功能指标,作为磷肥生产工人早期健康检查的筛检指标。方法:采用DF—9100型肺功能仪,测定肺功能指标:FVC实/预、FEV₁实/预、FEV₁%实/预、MMEF实/预、MVV实/预、和小气道功能指标PEFR实/预、FEF₇₅实/预、FEF₅₀实/预、FEF₂₅实/预、FEF₇₅/Ht实/预、MTT_p、MTT_ps,采用多因素逐步回归分析。结果:肺功能指标FVC实/预、FEV₁、FEV₁%实/预、PEFR实/预、FEF₇₅实/预、MMEF实/预、FEF₅₀实/预、MTT_p、MTT_ps等七项指标进入最优逐步回归方程,提示其可作为磷肥生产行业接尘工人肺功能改变的筛检指标。结论:根据标准偏回归系数绝对值大小,磷肥生产行业接尘工人肺功能筛检优选指标依次为:FVC实/预、FEF₅₀实/预、MTT_ps、FEV₁实/预、MMEF实/预、MTT_p、FEV₁%实/预。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose is to approach the interrelationship between the exposure work year and lung function index the better of which is to be chosen as screening index of healthy examination early stage in lung function changing of phosphate fertilizer workers.Methods:Using the model DF-9100 lung function equipment to measure the forced vital capacity （FVC） true value/estimate value,et al.12 indexes,the data are conducted by stepwise regression analysis.Results:The FVCtrue value/estimate value et al.7 parameters enter stepwise regression function, in accordance with the standard partial regression coefficient absolute value,the best order is FVCtrue value/estimate value,FEF₅₀ true value/estimate value,MTT_ps,FEV1 true value/estimate value,MMEFtrue value/estimate value,MTTp,FEV1% true value/estimate value.Conclusions:The above results indicate that the lung function index of FVCtrue value/ estimate value,FEF50 true value/estimate value,MTT_ps,FEVltrue value/estimate value,MMEF true value/estimate value,MTTp,FEV1%true value/estimate value may be used as screening of early stage change of phosphate fertilizer workers lung function.更多还原
