原发性高血压患者血液中生物活性物质的测定

【摘要】 目的:探讨ANP、AⅡ和ALD在原发性高血压发病中的作用,为原发性高血压的治疗提供参考资料。方法:放射免疫法。结果:原发性高血压组的血浆ANP浓度比对照组低(P<0.05);AⅡ和ALD的组间差别无统计学意义。正常人血浆的ANP与AⅡ、ALD相关不显著,高血压患者血浆中的ANP与AⅡ、ALD成正相关。结论:血浆中心钠素浓度的降低可能是原发性高血压发病的重要因素之一。原发性高血压患者和正常人ANP与AⅡ以及ALD的相关性是不同的。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the action of ANP、A Ⅱ and ALD of blood plasma in the essential hypertension,in order to offer reference materials for essential hypertension of treatment and prevention.Method: Radioimmunoassay.Result:The consistensive of ANP of blood plasma in the essential hypertensive patients was lower than that of the control groups(P<0. 05).The statistical significances were not seen both A Ⅱ and ALD in blood plasma.The interrelation between ANP and A Ⅱ,ALD was not remarkable in the control group,ANP had a direct relation to A Ⅱ and ALD of the blood plasma in the essential hypertensive patients.Conclusion:One of the factors in incidence of the essential hypertention may be the lower consistency of blood plasma.The relations of ANP and A Ⅱ as well as ALD are difffent between the essential hypertensive patients and the control group.
