数学统计法快速优化假单胞菌脂肪酶发酵条件
STATISTICAL METHODS FOR RAPID OPTIMIZATION OF FERMENTATION CONDITIONS FOR LIPASEPRODUCTION BY PSEUDOMONAS SP.
【摘要】 应用快速有效的数学统计方法对Pseudomonassp.H18的脂肪酸发酵条件进行了优化。采用Plackett-Burman设计对影响产酶的重要因素进行了筛选,然后利用响应面分析(RSA)法对这些产酶重要影响因素进行了优化,各因素的最佳水平通过Box的complexalgorithm法得以确定。
【Abstract】 Statistical methods and optimization techniques were used to determine the optimumfermentation conditions for lipase production by Pseudomonas sp. H18 in shake flask cultivation.A Plackett-Burman design was used to screen the important variables, which were thencegrouped and stUdied by the Response Surface Analysis (RSA) method. The optimum levels ofthese variables were established by the complex algoritrhm of Box.
