里氏木霉纤维素酶产生条件的研究

【摘要】 通过对培养基、水份含量、氮源、培养时间、培养基的起始PH以及培养温度的研究,测定TrichodermareeseiGAB纤维素酶的C1酶和Cx酶的酶活,找到了一个最佳的条件,即:稻草粉:花生壳=4:1,物料:水份=2:3,以NH4Cl、(NH42SO4、NH4H2PO4为氮源,起始pH为自然pH(约5.8),在28℃下培养84~96h,其酶活性为最高,达到C1酶为58.2μ,Cx酶为1500μ。同时,也找到了减少生产成本的一条途径。

【Abstract】 The factors including media, warer contents, nitrogen sources, cultural tine, originalpH and cultural temperatures were studied for producing cellulase by Trichoderma reesei GAB,The results showed that the best condition are f the ratio of material and water equals 2:3, thebest nitrogen sources are (NH4)2SO4, NH4Cl and NH4H2PO4, the original pH is natural pH, andthe cultural bine is 84-96 hours, the cultural temperature is at 28℃. The results showed thatcultured at that condition the cellulase C1 is 58.2μ and the cellulase Cx is 1500μ.
