【Abstract】 Influenza viruses were cultivated in the allantoic cavity of embryonated hen eggs,inactivated with 0.05% formaldehyde,purified through Zonal centrifugation procedures in sucrose gradient.The purified viruses were irradiated with ultraviolet rays in order to kill bocteria.We have produced inactivated whole-virus vaccine of influenza contains influenza viruses type A1,A3 and B according to the program of biological Production of WHO.更多还原
