【摘要】 本文介绍了用霍乱杀弧菌抗体微量法，检测经Ｏ１型吸附霍乱菌苗免疫前后人群的Ｏ１型霍乱和Ｏ１３９型霍乱的血清杀弧菌抗体。结果表明，免前人群的Ｉｎａｂａ、Ｏｇａｗａ、Ｏ１３９型三种自然杀弧菌抗体很低（ＧＭＴ在５．４９以下），免后Ｉｎａｂａ和Ｏｇａｗａ型杀弧菌抗体大幅度增加，ＧＭＴ分别达到７８２和５９２、Ｏ１３９型霍乱杀弧菌抗体免疫前后无变化更多还原

【Abstract】 Test of serum vibriocidal antibody of preimmunization and postimmunization with absorbed cholera vaccine was done with microplate method.The results Showed that nature serum vibriocidel antibody of Inaba,Ogawa and O139 of preimmunization was quite low but the increase rate of vibriocidal antibody of Inaba and Ogawa was high afer immunization with absorbed Cholera vaccine.Geomtry mean titer (GMT) reached 782 and 592,respectively.There was no change about vibriocidal antibody of O139 Cholera either in preimmunization or in postimmunization.This method was rapid and accurate.The doses of serum needed was small.The resulte were easy to observe.更多还原
