【Abstract】 Four Kinds of absorbents: active carbon,diatomite,aluminium hydroxide,and alumactive carbon,were used to treat intravenous immunogloulin (IVIG) respectively.The results showed that the method of using alumactive carbon was most effective to removing the pyrogen from the IVIG. In addition,the appearance of IVIG was improved.The purity of protein was increased,and the recovery rate of protein higher than 75%.The toxicity test accorded with standard.The remains of alumium ion on a lower level.更多还原
