运动增量编码器研究及其在故障诊断中的应用
RESEARCH ON INCREMENTAL MOTION ENCODER AND ITS APPLICATION IN FAULT DIAGNOSIS
【摘要】 运动增量编码器(IME)是一种新型的轴心轨迹测量传感器,其测量灵敏度可以达到亚微米级.它是典型的数字化传感器,没有模拟放大和滤波等环节,量程很宽且测量精度不受系统特性的影响和噪声干扰,这种传感器在测取轴心轨迹的同时还能获得轴的扭振信号,实现了两种传感功能的集成.在轴承及转子故障诊断和回转运动精度分析中有广泛的应用前景.提出了IME测量过程中的“角增量”概念,并以此分析了IME的测量原理和误差来源,在此基础上提出了无偏差系统的方法原理.
【Abstract】 Incremental motion encoder (IME) is a new type of transducer for shaft center trace measurement with resolution up to sub-micro. It not only has wide measuring range and high precision but is not affected by the property of a measuring system and not interfered by electromagnetic noise because it is a typical digital transducer without analogous amplification and filter. It combines both functions of torsion sensor and shaft center position sensor in one and has wide application prospects in the field of bearing and rotor fault diagnosis and rotation motion precision analysis. The concept of "angular increment" for IME is given. The scheme of IME system without bias is put forward on the basis of analyzing the principle and bias mechanism.
