涡流无损检测信号的一种分析方法
METHOD FOR ANALYZING EDDY CURRENT NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING SIGNALS
【摘要】 涡流阻抗变化图分析法用测试信号自相关矩阵的本征值和本征矢量来描绘信号的特征,具很高的分类能力。提出了利用缺陷的三阶主分量频谱来分类。实际缺陷信号的分析结果表明,该方法对缺陷特征的分辨能力较常规的频谱分析法高得多。
【Abstract】 Eddy current impedance diagram analysis method has high ability in classifying flaw signals. Sig-nals are charactered by autocorrelation matrix eigenvalue and eigenvector of the signals measured. Classification by using frequency spectrum of three-order principal component is put forward. The results of practical analysis show that it is better than conventional spectrum analysis methods.
