【Abstract】 Two kinds of nonlinear phenomena,chaos and sheath,in electron cyclotron resonance plasma are described.Quasiperiodicity and frequency locking phenomena are observed,and bifurcation of period 2 in the frequency locking window are analyzed.The sudden change of plamsa oscillation from the fundamental frequency to the fourth harmonic has also been observed.The plasma sheath has been measured,and the effect of secondary electron emission on sheath potential investigated.更多还原
