粘涂层的复合硬度与本征硬度的研究
Study on the Composite and Intrinsic Hardness of Adhesive Layer
【摘要】 运用修改过的Joenson-Hogmark模型,对粘涂层的本征硬度进行了计算,得到的结果较为理想,且对粘涂层的复合硬度对测试载荷的依存关系进行了初步解释指出,一条随载荷变化的硬度曲线才能完整地表达粘涂层的硬度特性;为了初步比较粘涂层的硬度特性,显微硬度至少应在相同条件下测得的结果才有可比性
【Abstract】 The modified model proposed by Joensson and Hogmark is used to evaluate the intrinsic hardness of adhesive layer and satisfactory results are concluded. The relationship of the composite hardness, to testing load for adhesive layer is explained roughly. It is pointed out that only a curve of hardness versus testing load can express the hardness specificity and the measured results under the same load can only be comparable.
