VM 二酸酐共聚物的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Vinyl Acetate Maleic Anhydride Copolymer
【摘要】 合成了乙酸乙烯酯/顺丁烯二酸酐(VM)共聚树脂。通过NaOH水溶液水解、CaCl2交联,制备了VM树脂凝胶。研究了合成条件对VM树脂的产率、吸水率及保水率的影响。结果表明,当偶氮二异丁腈用量为1.4%、甲苯与单体的体积比为4~5∶1、顺丁烯二酸酐与乙酸乙烯酯摩尔比为1∶1.01时,所合成的树脂产率最高、凝胶的吸水性能和保水性能最好。红外光谱分析表明,所合成的树脂是顺丁烯二酸酐与乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物。
【Abstract】 Vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride copolymer(VM) was synthesized.The crosslinked VM was prepared by hydrolization of VM with NaOH-H 2O solution and cross link of VM with CaCl 2-H 2O solution.The conversion absorption water ratio and preservation water ratio of VM were studied.The results shows that conversion,absorption water ratio and preservation water ratio of VM were best when z,z′-Azobisisobutyronitrile was 1.4%,volume fration of toluene was 80~85%,mole fration of vinyl acetate was 50.2% and CaCl 2 was 10%.
