识别悬臂梁上的裂纹位置及大小
Identification of the Location and Length of a Crack on a Cantilever Beam
【摘要】 阐述了一种识别悬臂梁受拉边的裂纹位置及大小的理论方法、采用刚度系数为K的弹性铰,模拟危险裂纹的影响,建立了含裂纹梁的挠曲线方程数学模型.该模型得到了有限元对含裂纹梁进行数值分析解的验证。由能量平衡原理和应力强度因子理论,建立了弹性铰刚度系数与裂纹长度的关系。阐述了对待识别参数(裂纹位置及裂纹长度)的初始值进行选取的比较法,最后,用正则化反分析迭代法,对裂纹的位置及长度进行识别。
【Abstract】 This paper has presented a kind of theoretical method of identifying the location and the length of a crack on the tensileside of a cantilever beam. A spring hinge with stiff coefficient K has been introduced to establish the mechanical model of a crackedbeam with simple hinges. With the help of energy balance theory and stress intensity factor theory, the relation between K of the springhinge and the length of a crack has been obtained. With comparison method was initial parameters chosed. Then, using the regularizedinverse analysis iteration method, the location and the length of a crack have been identified.
