基于经验规则的立窑偏火控制

【摘要】 基于经验规则的立窑偏火控制器的设计与实现。本设计应用泛布尔代数理论,将原有8至6个单回路组成的立窑偏大控制系统简化成用一台单片机实现的4回路控制系统,控制效果更好,设备成本降低,系统可靠性提高。

【Abstract】 The temperature deviation control based on the experiment rule in vertical shaft cement kiln is described. The control system which is composed of 4 sets of equipments controlled by a single computer is substituted for the old one which is consisted of & sets of equipments adjusted by a computer or & adjuster because of the application of pan-algebra theory. The cost of the control system is reduced greatly and its dependability is improved. In the end, the operation results obtained from several cement factory are san factory.
