含中心功能基Schif碱大环配合物和氮杂大环自由配体的合成
SYNTHESES OF SCHIFF BASE MACROCYCLIC COMPLEXES AND AZAMACROCYCLIC FREE LIGANDS CONTAINING CENTRAL FUNCTIONAL GROUP
【摘要】 使用Ba2+作为模板离子,将1,5-二(邻氨基苯氧基)-3-氧杂戊烷(3)分别与4-取代的2,6-二甲酰基苯酚(1a~1c)反应,获得高收率的Schif碱大环配合物(4a~4c),再经NaBH4还原解络,得到氮杂大环自由配体(L1~L3).本文研究和改进了4-取代的2,6-二甲酰基苯酚(1a~1c)的合成方法,由4-取代的2,6-二羟甲基苯酚经活性MnO2一步氧化,即可获得较好收率的产物(1a~1c).所有Schif碱大环配合物和氮杂大环自由配体均经元素分析、IR、1HNMR和MS等证实了它们的结构和组成.
【Abstract】 Schiff base macrocyclic complexes (4a 4c) with good yield were synthesized by using Ba 2+ as template ion by reaction of 15 di( o aminophenoxy) 3 oxapentane (3) with 4 substituted 26 dicarbonylphenol (1a 1c) respectively. The complexes (4a 4c) were reduced with NaBH 4 to afford azamacrocyclic free ligands (L 1 L 3). The synthetic method of the intermediates (1a 1c) was studied and improved, 4 substituted 26 di (hydroxymethyl) phenol was oxidated with activated MnO 2 obtaining (1a 1c) in good yield. All these macrocyclic Schiff base complexes and aramacrocyclic free ligands were identified by elemental analysis and spectral analysis (IR, 1HNMR,MS).
