基于小波分析的X射线照片增强研究
X RAY ENHANCEMENT BASED ON WAVELET ANALYSIS
【摘要】 应用小波分析的多分辨率特性,对医学X射线图像进行了增强处理方面的研究,提出了两种新的算法,实验结果表明,该算法不仅能使图像细节清晰,还能有效防止“粘连”、“振铃”效应,抑制噪声,有利于医生对疾病作出正确的判断.
【Abstract】 Based on the multiresolution properties of wavelet analysis, this paper presents two new algorithms for the X ray image enhancement. These algorithms normally produce adequate contrast in the output image, while result in almost no ringing artifacts even around sharp transition regions and avoid excessive enhancement of noise. It offers considerable benefits in medical diagnosis.
