掺Er3+/Yb3+光纤激光的理论分析
THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF Er 3+ /Yb 3+ CODOPED FIBER LASER
【摘要】 提出了光纤腔掺Er3+/Yb3+光纤激光的模型和速率方程,推导了阈值泵浦功率的解析公式.运用数值求解方法,得到了光纤中反转粒子数分布、小信号增益系数和激光的输出功率.同时也给出了数值曲线,可用于掺Er3+/Yb3+光纤激光器的优化设计.
【Abstract】 A model and rate equations of Er 3+ /Yb 3+ codoped fiber laser are proposed,and a analystical fomula of threshold pump power is obtained. Using numberical method,we have obtained the inverted populations distribtiion along the fiber cavity,small signal gain coeffciect and laser power. A few numerical plots have been presented and may been used as guidelines for the optimal design of the laser.
