试论中国外贸代理制的法律性质及立法对策
Discussion on the Legal Nature and the Legislative Countermeasures of China’s Foreign Trade Agency System
【摘要】 通过透视我国推行外贸代理制的现状,分析了我国外贸代理制的法律特征及其中存在的问题,有针对性地提出外贸代理的立法对策。
【Abstract】 Seeing through the present situation of the promotion of foreign trade agency system in China, this article analyses its legal nature and the problems existing in it and presents directly legislative counter-measures on foreign trade agency.
