【摘要】 本研究采取分层、整群抽样的方法,抽取21～60岁北京市部分职业人群171人进行问卷调查,用Logistic回归建立需求模型。结果表明:经济因素(包括个人收入、保障制度、储蓄)是影响口腔保健需求的最主要因素,职业、婚姻状况也对需求有一定影响;对口腔保健的认识和态度及对人们的就医行为也有较大影响。提示:牙科服务具有较高的需求价格弹性和收入弹性,制定口腔卫生政策需考虑价格和收入的变动对牙科服务需求的影响。应加大口腔健康教育的力度,界定不同类型服务,建立合理的保障制度,保证和满足居民的合理需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Author adopts stratified, cluster sampling method, sampled 171 persons aged 21-60 of different occupation, establishes a demand model with the method of logistic regression. The results demonstrate that: income is the key factor influencing people’s demand status also play some role in it, people’s knowledge and attitudes play a comparatively bigger role in it. The results show: the demand for dental service is price e-lastic and income elastic. So while stipulating health policy for dental hygiene, we should take into account the impact of price and income on the demand for dental services, we should also vigorously propagandize the health education on dental hygiene, divide different types of services, set up rational security system to guarantee and satisfy people’s reasonable demands.更多还原
