【摘要】 目的：研究胃癌中Ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ和ＧＳＴπ表达及意及。方法：应用免疫组织化学ＳＰ方法检测５例正常胃组织和５４例胃癌组织中Ｐ５３蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）和胎盘型谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶（ＧＳＴπ）的表达水平。结果：５例正常组织中未见Ｐ５３ＰＣＮＡ和ＧＳＴπ表达。５４例胃癌组织中Ｐ５３，ＰＣＮＡ和ＧＳＴπ阳性检出率分别为６１１１％，７０３７％和６８５２％。表达阳性Ｐ５３和ＰＣＮＡ均定位于肿瘤细胞核内，ＧＳＴπ定位于胞浆。Ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ和ＧＳＴπ表达率与胃癌组织类型和淋巴转移关系密切。结论：检测Ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ和ＧＳＴπ有助于评价胃癌预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Aims:To study the expression of P53,Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and placental form of glutathion S-transferase (GSTπ) in the gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of P53. PCNA and GSTπin 5 normal gastric tissues and 54 gastric cancers were examined with S-P immunohistochemical technique. Result:No P53. PCNA and GSTπ were expression in 5 normal gastric tissues samples. The positive in cidence of P53. PCNA and GSTπ expression in the gastric cancer were 6.11%, 70.37% and 68.52% respectively. P53 and PCNA were located in cell nucleiand GSTπ located on the cytoplasm. The frequency and intensity of P53. PCNA and GSTπ expressions were　significantly correlated to the degree of differentiation of cancer cells and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: THe results　suggest that P53.PCNA and GSTπ immunolabelling may be value of prlgnostic gastric cancer in clinical practice 更多还原
