Ka波段整流天线的时域分析
Time-Domain Analysis of Ka-band Rectenna
【摘要】 本文采用时域散射参数法(TDSPM)分析35GHz的整流天线。该方法采用一系列的代数方程代替分布参数模型法中的微分方程组,大大减少了计算量,其计算结果与谐波平衡法(HBM)的结果进行了比较,两者吻合得很好,这说明了时域散射参数法的有效性。通过对电路的优化得到了一种新的整流天线结构,此天线在150mW净输入功率和100Ω的负载电阻下得到60%的转换效率。
【Abstract】 The rectenna is analyzed by time-domain scatteting parameter method(TDSPM). Thecomputational time is greatly decreased since a series of algebraic equatioas insted of differentialequations based on distributed tansmission line model are used. The results of TDSPM agree well to thatof harrnonic balance method (HBM). It is for that TDSPM is a valid method.We got a new rectenna by optimizing circuit parameters. 60 % conversion efficiency is obtained fromRF to DC under 150mW input power and 100Ω load resistance.
