【摘要】 目的观察ＩＬＩＢ对抑郁症病人血沉、纤维蛋白原、出凝血时间的变化及疗效。方法采用ＩＬＩＢ治疗抑郁症，并观察ＩＬＩＢ治疗后病人血沉、纤维蛋白原、出凝血时间及心功能参数变化及ＨＡＭＤ、ＧＡＳ、ＣＧＩ得分变化，同时与对照组比较。结果ＩＬＩＢ治疗组血沉及纤维蛋白原下降，出凝血时间延长，３项心功能参数增高，抑郁症状改善明显。结论ＩＬＩＢ能降低血液粘稠度，对抑郁症有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and mechanism of ILIB in the treatment of depression.Methods We used ILIB in 33 depressive patients,compared the changes of ESR、fibrinogen、bleeding、coagulation time、four variables of CD,and scores of HAMD、GAS、CGI with the control group.Results The study group showed that the ESR and fibringen were decreased,bleeding and coagulation time were prolonged,three variables of CD were in creased.The depressive symptoms were remarkably improved.Conclusion ILIB can be used in depressive as a additional therapy.更多还原
