浇注时功率(ISM)对TiAl基合金铸件表面质量的影响
Influences of Pouring Power (ISM) on the Surface Quality for TiAl Based Alloys Casting
【摘要】 采用感应凝壳熔炼(ISM)法熔炼了Ti-48%Al-2%Cr-2%Nb合金,以静态浇注和离心浇注两种条件在金属型中浇注了汽车排气阀。通过分析阀体的成形情况,总结了浇注时功率对合金填充能力和铸件表面质量的影响规律。结果表明,ISM法熔铸TiAl基合金时,合金的线收缩量随浇注时功率的提高而增大,离心浇注可有效地抑制收缩,浇注时功率处于200至280kW范围内所得铸件表面质量较为理想。
【Abstract】 Ti 48%Al 2%Cr 2%Nb alloy was melted with Induction Skull Melting(ISM) method, and automotive exhaust valves were formed in permanent mold at static and centrifugal conditions. The influences of pouring power on filling capability of alloy and surface quality of castings were concluded by analyzing the valve forming characteristics. Results showed that linear shrinking increased with the increasing of pouring power and could be restrained by centrifugal casting with ISM method. Surface quality was better with pouring power between 200 and 280 kW.
