消失模铸造模样材料发气特性的研究

【摘要】 通过对EPS和PMMA材料的对比试验,研究了两种材料在100~300℃时的热变化;系统研究了两种材料在高温下的发气量与时间、发气量与温度的关系。结果表明,PMMA试样在150℃左右时有体积膨胀现象;PMMA的发气温度要比EPS高;PMMA在高温下的发气量、发气速度均比EPS的大。

【Abstract】 A comparative experiment of EPS with PMMA has been made. The behaviors of EPS and PMMA under heating in the temperature range of 100-300 ℃ and the relationships between the amount of gas-evolution at high temperature, time and temperature have been systematically studied. The result showed that the PMMA test sample has volumetric expansion at about 150 ℃, the gas-evolution temperature and velocity of PMMA are higher than those of EPS, and the gasevolution amount of PMMA at high temperature is more than that of EPS.
