中频无芯感应电炉改造感应圈提高熔化率的实践

【摘要】 将一台GW0.25-160-1/KGPS160-1晶闸管中频炉,即额定容量250kg,额定频率1000Hz,额定功率160kW的晶闸管中频熔炼炉经改造感应圈,在中频电源条件不变的情况下提高熔化率,缩短熔化时间减少合金元素烧损,能耗下降。

【Abstract】 The induction coil of GW0251601/KGPS1601[Rated capacity of 250 kg, Rated Frequence of 1 000 Hz, Rated Power of 160 kW] crystal tube medium frequence induction furnace was reformed. The results show that the melting rate was raised, the melting time was shortened and the alloy elements loss was decreased. The energy consumption was obviously reduced.
