【Abstract】 Interleukin 8 is labeled with 125 I by connection method with Bolton Hunter agent(HPNS). The labeling yield and the radiochemical purity of 125 I in the labeling to HPNS are 57.7%±18.9% and 62.4%±7.5%, respectively. The radiochemical purity 90.3%±4.4% of 125 I IL 8 is obtained and not changed during 15 days in the medium of protective protein. The labeling method is applicable but not ideal.更多还原
