毫克级微藻样品中脂肪酸的分离及测定

【摘要】 针对微藻样品颗粒小的特点,简化了微藻脂肪酸测定的步骤,使脂肪酸在分离的中间损失的可能性减小,有利于毫克级少量微藻样品的测定。对几种微藻样品的实测结果表明:即使1mg左右的微藻样品也可有效地测出各种饱和及不饱和的组份。本测定方法也可为其它种类微量样品(如微量的其它植物样品或动物样品等)的脂肪酸测定提供参考。

【Abstract】 This paper describes an analytical method which is more convenient and can fix quantityof fatty acids in a microalgae sample of only about l mg. After freezing dry,the microalgaesample is very loose and has a large specific surface area. Saponification so can be unitedwith extraction and only 2 cm3 solvent is good enough for te first process. There are someother simp1ifications or modifications in our method to make the pretreatment more efficien-cy. Some samples (1 ~ 10mg) of microalgae, including P. tricornutum, D. salina, Chlorellasp.,S. plantensis,are used to test the rationality. The contents of fatty acids in a sample of lmg (S. plantensi ), such as have been determined successfully.
