气相法合成氟化石墨的研究

【摘要】 配制的电解质熔盐组成为:KF(60%)、HF(40%).在100±5℃温度范围内电解该熔盐可制得氟气。将所制备的氟气经纯化处理后与鳞片石墨粉在500℃进行15h的反应,成功地合成制得了氟化石墨,其真密度值为2.549/cm3,含氟量为56.5%,F/C值为0.82。与石墨原料的X-射线衍射谱峰相比,所合成的氟化石墨的(002)衍射峰强度变弱,而(001)和(100)峰变宽。氟化石墨在波数1219cm(-1)和1350cm(-1)附近有F—C共价键红外光谱吸收峰。

【Abstract】 The fluorinc gas was produced by electrolysis of a mixed molten salt of KF(60%) and HF (40 %)at 100 ±5℃. After being purified, the fluorine gas was introduced into the reaction system and reacted with the scale graphite powder at 500℃ for 15h to synthesize the graphite fluoride. The synthesized graphite fluoride has a real density of 2. 54g/cm3 with its fluorine content being 56. 5%. The graphite fluoridc was also characterized by the infrared adsorption spcctrometry and the X - ray diffraction technique.
