超临界条件下由合成气合成低碳醇的研究

【摘要】 在固定床管式反应器中,在系统总压9.0MPa,合成气分压6.0MPa,空速2000h-1,反应温度260~300℃,超临界介质正庚烷分压3.0MPa条件下,研究了共沉淀Cu~Co催化剂的超临界相由合成气合成低碳混合醇的性能。结果表明,超临界相反应的CO转化率比气相反应高,醇选择性比气相反应低;超临界相与气相CO+H2反应的产物均为C1~C5正构醇,醇分布规律基本相同,符合Schulz-Flory分布方程,超临界相对合成低碳醇的链增长影响不大。以正庚烷为介质,在其临界温度以上,对合成醇反应有较强促进作用。

【Abstract】 Catalytic performance of a coprecipitated Cu Co catalyst for synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas under supercritical conditions has been investigated in a fixed bed reactor. When the reaction is conducted at 260~300℃, syngas partial pressure 6.0MPa, GHSV 2000h -1 , and a partial pressure of n heptane medium, 3.0MPa, higher CO conversion and lower ROH selectivity are obtained in supercritical phase than in gas phase.The main products are n C 1 C 5 alcohols, obeying the Schulz Flory distribution for both reaction processes.Supercritical phase substantially has no effect on carbon chain propagation.Use of n heptane as reaction medium can significantly promote the synthesis reaction.
