甲醛与甲酸甲酯的偶联反应 Ⅱ.杂多酸盐的催化作用

【摘要】 研究了硅钨酸盐和磷钨酸盐对甲醛和甲酸甲酯偶联反应合成乙醇酸甲酯的催化作用,发现硅钨酸和磷钨酸的酸式盐对该反应具有较高的催化活性;而正盐的活性较低。H+离子被其它阳离子取代的数目对反应活性有一定影响;催化活性主要来源于杂多酸未被取代的H+。杂多酸盐活性的降低与阳离子的取代数目并非呈严格的线性关系,说明杂多阴离子对反应也有影响,它可能起到稳定反应中间体的作用。

【Abstract】 Catalytic performance of salts of tungstophosphoric and silicotungstic acids was investigated for synthesis of methyl glycolate via coupling of formaldehyde and methyl formate. The acidic salts had rather high activity for the reaction, but the neutral salts scarcely had any activity. It was also found that the amount of protons in the salts had significant influence on the reaction, and the catalytic activities of the acidic salts mainly came from the unsubstituted free protons. The decrease of activity was not linear to the cation replaced number, which implied that the heteropoly anions also played an important role in the reaction, because they could stabilize the intermediate as soft bases.
