结构模型试验中模型混凝土配合比研究

【摘要】 本文根据小浪底排沙洞预应力出口闸室结构模型试验,对模型混凝土配合比设计方法和技术进行了试验研究.结果表明,经过仔细设计,可使模型混凝土的力学变形性能基本上与原型混凝土相同或相近(这是常用的石膏等材料难以做到的).该项研究成果对钢筋混凝土和预应力钢筋混凝土结构模型试验具有一定的参考价值.

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the problem of how to select model materials in reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete model test. Taking Xiao Lang Di sediment tunnel gate chamber model test as example, it studies the methods and technical routes of model concrete mixing design through experiments. The results demonstrate that by use of the carefully designed micro-size concrete as model concrete, the model test can give more accurate results of prototype structures than that of some common materials such as gypsum, gypsum composite materials. The result is important for model test of reinforced concrete structures and prestressed concrete structures.
