【摘要】 文中记载了1987～1995年间遇到的8例外耳道骨瘤患者,均无明显发病诱因.症状持续8个月至10年不等.所有病例均伴有传导性听力损失和/或外耳道炎.外耳道骨瘤为独立、单侧性骨性肿瘤,基底位于鼓鳞裂或鼓乳裂;病理上,为成熟骨小梁中包含纤维血管组织所组成,8例均在局麻下手术切除.文中就其诊断和术中注意点提出讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 Between 1987 to 1995,8 patients with osteoma of the external auditory canal were analysized. The etiologic factor was unclear. The symptoms lasted from 8 months to 10 years. All patients were accompanied by conductive hearing loss and/or otitis externa. Osteoma of the external auditory canal was discrete,unilateral bony growth,based on the tympanosquamous or tympa-nomastoid suatures. It was composed by fibrovascular channels surrounded of lamellated bone in histologic examinations. All cases were removed with local anesthesia. The diagnosis and attentions during operation were discussed.更多还原
