【摘要】 目的:探讨5种单克隆抗体LCA、CD45RO、L26、λ和κ轻链判断眼眶淋巴组织增生病良恶性的鉴别诊断价值。方法:应用上述5种单克隆抗体采用免疫组织化学方法对77例眼眶淋巴组织增生病进行研究。结果:炎性假瘤全部为多克隆(24/24例),反应性淋巴组织增生多克隆占10/12例,单克隆占2/12例。不典型淋巴组织增生多克隆占3/29,单克隆占26/29例。恶性淋巴瘤均为单克隆(12/12)。结论:可以通过检测眼眶淋巴组织增生病克隆性判断良恶性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the value of five-type monoclone antibodies (LCA, CD45RO, L26, λ, κ) in distin- guishing the malignancy of orbital lymphoproliferative disorders, these monoclone antibodies were used to examine 77 cases of orbital lymphoproliferative disorders by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that all of inflammatory pseudotumors were polyclone; while reactive lymphoid hyperplasia poly-clone in 10/12,monoclone 2/12;atypical lymphoid hyperplasia polyclone and monoclone incidents were 3/ 29 and 26/29 respectively;malignant lymphoma was all monoclone, the clone activity of orbital lymphoproliferative disorders should be examined to know about their malignant tendency.更多还原
