【摘要】 应用免疫组化技术对乳腺导管上皮轻中度非典型增生(轻中度组,Ⅱ组)23例、重度非典型增生(重度组,Ⅲ组)33例、浸润性导管癌(癌组,Ⅳ组)40例和正常乳腺(正常组,Ⅰ组)20例进行bcl-2基因蛋白产物的检测。结果:1.以上4组bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为100％,81.82％和77.50％,100％,四组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2.Ⅰ组阳性表达率显著地高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。3.Ⅲ组阳性表达率与Ⅰ组相同,皆为100％。4.Ⅲ组阳性表达率显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),稍高于Ⅳ组,两者间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示:乳腺导管上皮重度非典型增生bcl-2蛋白的表达与癌的关系密切,其检测可能作为评估乳腺导管上皮重度非典型增生恶变潜能的一个参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of detecting the expression of bcl-2 oncoprotein,23 cases of mild-mediate atypical intraduttal breast hyperplasia (MMAIDH), 33 cases of severe atypical intraductal hyperplasia (SAIDH) ,40 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDCa)and 20 cases of normal breast (NB) were examined by immunohistochemistry technique. Results: (1)The postive expression in NB, MMAIDH, SAIDH and IDCa for bcl-2 oncoprotein were 100%,100% ,81. 82% and 77. 50% respectively,the differences among 4 groups were significant (P<0. 05). (2)The positive expression in NB was significantly higher than in IDCa OP<0. 05). (3)The positive expression in MMAIDH was identical with NB (100%). (4)The positive expression in SAIDH was significantly lower than in MMAIDH GP<0. 05), and was higher than in IDCa,but no significant difference between them (P<0. 05). Conclusion:the overexpression of bcl-2 oncoprotein in SAIDH was closely related to IDCa,it may be a reference index in evaluating the potential of malignant change of breast SAIDH.更多还原
