【摘要】 在证实白芍具泻下作用的基础上,为探讨其机制进行实验观察。实验结果表明,白芍泻下作用的机理是;直接作用于肠道,使大肠粘液分泌增多,促进小肠大肠的推进运动,使小肠大肠含水量增多,可能兴奋空肠的M₁、M₂胆碱受体及可能阻断大肠的β₂受体而促进其运动。另外推测大肠可能存在着新的胆碱受体亚型,白芍可以阻断它,而阿托品则不能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to inquire the mechanism of purgation effect of Paeony, taking experimental observation base on clinical observation.The results showed that the mechanism of purgation effect of Paeony contain; directly acting intestinal tract, promoting the large intestine secretion, inhancing te movement of intestine, making the water content increase in intestinel, probably stirring the MI - colinoceptor and MT - choJinoeepter in jejunum and blocking $2 - adrenoceptor in large intestine to promote movement of intestine.Besides a new cholinoceptor substyle which maybe infered exists in the large intestine, paeonY may block it but Atropinc maynot.更多还原
