大叶蛇葡萄化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Ampelopsis megalophylla Diels et. Gilg
【摘要】 从药用植物大叶蛇葡萄中分离得到一个淡黄色化合物，经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定为蛇葡萄素，该化合物系首次在大叶蛇葡萄中分得，并合成了3，5，7，3’，4’，5’-六乙酰基双氢黄酮醇。
【Abstract】 A yellowish compound was isolated from Ampelopsis megalophylla Diels et. Gilg. for the firsttime and was identified as Ampelotin on the basis of an analysis of its physico-chemical properties and spectrum (UV, IR, 1H-NOR, 13C-NMR, MS). 3, 5, 7, 3’, 4’, 5’-Hexaacetyldihydro-flavonol was synthesized.
