5-氟尿嘧啶海藻酸钠-白蛋白毫微粒的研究
Studies of 5-Fluorourail Sodium Alginate-Albumin Nanoparticles
【摘要】 采用乳液固化法制备了5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)海藻酸钠—牛血清蛋白毫微粒,并以口服给药的形式,研究毫微粒的肝靶向性。透射电了显微镜测定毫微粒的平均粒径为(166±34)nm(n=300)。以5-Fu为模型药物,将5-Fu海藻酸钠—牛血清白蛋白毫微粒在稀盐酸(9→1000 )中10O℃水解20h,测得5-Fu的平均包封率为32.8%。体外试验结果表明,5-Fu海藻酸钠-牛血清白蛋白毫微粒在37℃的稀盐酸中72h累计释放达84.7%。
【Abstract】 5-fluorourail( 5-Fu) nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion method, sodium alginate and albumin being chosen as carrier. The particle size distribution was measured and the arithmetic mean diameter was (166±34) nm (n = 300). The encapsulation efficiency of the 5-Fu in sodium alginete-albumin nanoparticles was determined with the result of 32. 8% , and drug release was observed to be 84. 7 % from sodium algi-nate-albumin nanoparticles for 72 hours.
