【摘要】 目的：研究ＴＭＵ（ＴｉａｎｊｉｎＭｅｄｉｃａｌＵｎｉｖｅｒｓｉｔｙ）小黑鼠对６０Ｃｏ射线的敏感性。方法：将２４只ＴＭＵ小黑鼠随机分成３个剂量组（１０００Ｒｄ，８００Ｒｄ，６００Ｒｄ），并在８００Ｒｄ组设近交系ＴＡ２小鼠和远交系昆明种小鼠两个对照组，每组８只，雌雄各半，分别进行全身一次性６０Ｃｏ照射。以３０ｄ为限，观察动物存活情况。结果：１０００Ｒｄ组，ＴＭＵ小黑鼠平均存活６７５ｄ，８００Ｒｄ组，ＴＭＵ小黑鼠、ＴＡ２雄性小鼠、ＴＡ２雌性小鼠以及昆明种小鼠平均存活时间分别为６７５ｄ、９００ｄ、３０ｄ以上及１０６３ｄ；６００Ｒｄ组，ＴＭＵ小黑鼠平均存活３０ｄ以上。结论：ＴＭＵ小黑鼠对６０Ｃｏ射线的放射敏感性明显高于远交系昆明种小鼠，而与近交系ＴＡ２雄性小鼠相比较，则无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the sensitivity of TMU (Tianjin Medical University ) mice to 60 Co irradiation Methods: TMU mice( n =24) were divided into 3 dose groups (1000Rd , 800Rd , 600Rd ) In addition , there were one group of TA 2 mice of inbred strain and one group of kunming mice of hybrid strain as contrast in 800Rd group In each group ,there were 8 mice , one half were male , the others were female All mice were fully exposed to 60 Co irradiation only once , seperately in different doses After exposed , the death or survival of all the mice during 30 days were observed and recorded Results: In 1000Rd group , the average survival time of TMU mice was 6 75 days In 800Rd group , the average survival time of TMU mice was 6 75 days , of TA 2 male mice was 9 00 days , of TA 2 female mice was more than 30 days , and of kunming mice was 10 63 days In 600Rd group , the average survival time of TMU mice was more than 30 days Conclusion: TMU mice are more sensitive to 60 Co irradiation than kunming mice of hybrid strain , but there were no remarkable difference in radiosensitivity between TMU mice and TA 2 male mice of inbred strain更多还原
