简易大鼠自体原位小肠移植模型建立及意义
A RAT MODEL OF MIMIC ORTHOTOPIC SMALL BOWL AUTOTRANSPLANTATION AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE
【摘要】 目的:为研究供体小肠的灌注与保存,利用显微外科技术模拟小肠移植中供体获取的条件,建立一种简易大鼠自体原位小肠移植模型。方法:除血管吻合外,该模型同原位小肠移植,小肠经历了热、冷缺血及再灌注损伤过程。选用肠系膜上动脉直接插管灌注,肠系膜上静脉末梢为灌注流出道,且排除了排斥反应及血管吻合等造成的并发症带来的影响。结果:该模型模拟性好,且安全简便、损伤小、可比性高。结论:该模型是用于供体小肠缺血再灌注损伤、器官灌注与保存及功能恢复等研究的方法,为供体小肠灌注及保存及细胞凋亡等的研究创造了新的途径
【Abstract】 Objective: For the reason of research on the perfusion and preservasion of donor intestine, a rat model of mimic orthotopic small bowl autotransplantation was established simulating the acquisition of donor with microsurgical procedure Methods: The donor intestine had the same warm, cold ischemia and reperfusion injury courses in this mimic orthotopic transplantation model without vascular anastomosis, combining with more simulation, simplicity and safety The perfusion protocol through the superior mesenteric artery directly and flowing out from superior mesenteric terminal vein can eliminate complications due to rejection and vascular anastomosis Results: There are many advantages including simpler operation, slight injury and higher comparability Conclusion: Therefore, it might be a reasonable approach to study ischemiareperfusion injury, preservation,and function recovery of donor intestine, even appoptosis
