【摘要】 目的：观察糖尿病肾病并发冠心病心绞痛患者使用黄芪注射液升高血浆白蛋白和降低尿蛋白及治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法：黄芪注射液30ml加生理盐水300ml静脉滴注，连续使用20天。结果显示患者心绞痛、胸闷症状均得到缓解。乏力、头晕、腰酸、腰痛症状亦得到非常明显改善。血浆白蛋白增加的总有效率为56．2％，减少24小时尿蛋白的总有效率为54．1％，使收缩压下降总有效率为45．7％。结论：黄芪注射液对糖尿病肾病长期使用有良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the increasing of plasma albumin decreasing of urine protein and releas ing from angina after useing Huang Qi injection in patients with diabetic nephropathy. METH ODS: Huang Qi injection 30 ml and 0. 9% n. s. 300 ml intravenously for 20 days successively RE SULTS:The results showed it can release the symptoms of angina and chest distress in such pa tients complicated with coronary heart disease. They also improved significantly in symptoms of asthenia, dizziness and lumbago. Huang Qi injection can increase the plasma albumin decrease urine protein in 24 hours and systolic pressure The total effective rates were 56.2%,54.1% and 45. 7% respectively. CONCLUSION: All of these suggested that Huangg Qi injection have great effect in treating patients with diabetic nephropathy.
