【摘要】 国际田联于１９９６年初，颁布了新的竞走规则。新规则给予竞走运动一个十分明确的动作概念，其目的是将竞走动作更规范一致，使竞走定义与竞走技术相符。新的规则，赋予了竞走技术新的活力，脚尖翘起脚跟先触地、膝关节伸直的直腿着地技术动作，将成为竞走技术训练的重点。寻求既符合裁判员判罚标准、又不违反规则要求的竞走技术，将成为竞走技术训练的难点。保持合理的步频，适当增大步长，将是今后竞走技术的发展方向更多还原

【Abstract】 New rules of race walking were promulgated by International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) in early 1996.New rules define actions of race walking definitely with aiming at standardizing race walking actions and making the defination accord with techniques which are endowed by new rules with vigor.It is the focal point to train hitting ground techniques of the toe tilting,heel hitting ground first and knee joint getting straight.It is the difficult point to seek techniques not only according to judgement standards but also not contrary to rules.It is the developmental tendency of techniques of race walking to maintain the reasonable cadency and increase the stride properly.更多还原
