【Abstract】 Changing　color　of　lentinus　edodes　is　a　kind　of　sophisticated　physiological　mechanism　when　nutritive　growth　of　mycelium　is　giving　way　to　genenative　growth　stage　gradualy,it　will　be　related　to　the　yield　and　quality　directly.In　this　paper　the　main　points　of　cultivation　in　changing　color　had　been　summarized　and　choicing　variety　,holding　the　time,the　way　of　dismissing　plastic　bag　and　suitable　temperature　and　moisture　also　had　been　described　here.更多还原
