粉料对远红外丙纶熔体和纤维性能的影响

【摘要】 本文分析了远红外丙纶的熔体性质和纤维的力学、动态力学性能.结果表明,远红外丙纶中粉料对其性能有一定影响.远红外丙纶熔体的剪切应力和表观粘度均比纯丙纶高.远红外丙纶纤维具有良好的拉伸性能,随着拉伸倍数的增加,纤维的强度、动态模量升高,伸长率降低.

【Abstract】 In this article, the fusibility, mechanical and dynamic mechanical propertiesof the far infrared polypropylene (PP)fibre material are analysed. The results show thatthe powder in the far infrared PP fibre has great influence on the fibre properties. Theshearing stress and apparent viscosity of the melting material are higher than PP. Thefar infrared PP fibre has good draw properties. The breaking strength and modulus increased with the increasing of draw times and the elongation at break reduced.
