湿式氧化处理城市污水厂活性污泥的研究

【摘要】 在2L高压釜中进行了湿式氧化城市污水厂活性污泥的研究,实验考察了氮氧混合气体(模拟空气)湿式氧化活性污泥的去除效果以及反应温充、压力、反应时间等主要操作条件时处理效果的影响.在实验考察的诸因素中,反应温度是主要的影响因素,温度越高,COD和MLSS的去除率越大.在起始混合气体压力为5.0MPa,反应时间30min,温度从160℃到250℃时,COD和MLSS的去除率分别从54.0%、77.2%上升f483.2%、82.8%.活性污泥经湿式氧化后,可生化性能较处理前显著改善,从而为后续的生化处理提供了可能性.

【Abstract】 Wet Air Oxidation (WAO) of activated sludge from municipal Sewage is experimentally studied in a 2 litre batch autoclave. This experiment is observed in the case of nitrogen - oxygen(4: 1 ) wet oxidation. The effectS of temperature, nitrogen-oxygen pressure and oxidation tbe on WAO are researched too. During the reaction, temperature is a main process parameter, the higher the temperature, the more the removal of COD and MLSS. When temperature rises from 160℃ to 250℃ with nitrogen - oxygen pressure 5. OMPa and reation time of 30 minutes, removal efficiency of COD and MLSS increases from 54 .0%, 77 .2% to 83 .2% 82. 8% respectively. WAO can also greatly improve the biodegradibility of activated sludge . The effluent can be treated further by customany biological methods.
