测定水果中抗坏血酸的β-环糊精构筑模拟酶催化法
Catalytic Determination of Ascorbic Acid in Fruit with a Mimic Enzyme
【摘要】 采用β-环糊精二间羧基苯磺酸酯同三氯化铁构筑模拟酶催化法,对水果中的抗坏血酸进行测定并寻找最佳的测定条件。方法简便,灵敏度高,线性范围0165~114mmol/L,检测下限为0102mmol/L,精密度试验RSD为376%(n=8),回收率高,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A mimic oxidation enzyme can be formed by mixing β _cyclodextrin, m_ carboxybenzenesulfonyl chloride with iron trichloride in hydrogen peroxide.Dehydroascorbic acid is the reaction product of oxidative dehydrogenation of ascorbic acid catalyzed by this mimic enzyme.The optimal conditions for the quantitative analysis of ascorbic acid are described.The linear range is 0 165~1 14 mmol%( n=8 ).The method is simple and sensitive with high recoveries.
